1) Who we are

“Online SkyAds Business Media” (“Online SkyAds”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides printing, branding, signage, LED and promotional services. By placing an order or using our site you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility & account

You must be able to form a legally binding contract. You’re responsible for the accuracy of details you provide and for maintaining your account’s security.

3) Quotes, pricing & taxes

• Prices shown online are indicative. Final quotes are confirmed after we review your specifications/artwork.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of shipping and applicable taxes, which will be added to the invoice/quote.
• Quotes are typically valid for 7 days unless otherwise mentioned.

4) Orders & approvals

• Production begins after we receive: (a) written approval on proofs/specs and (b) payment as per quote terms (advance or full).
• You are responsible for proofreading. We are not liable for errors approved by you on the final proof (spelling, layout, colours, sizes, placement, etc.).

5) Artwork, licensing & quality

• You confirm you own the rights or have permission to use all content you supply (logos, fonts, images). You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from supplied content.
• Provide print-ready files as requested. If we need to fix/prepare files, additional charges may apply and timelines may shift.
• Minor colour variance may occur across materials, print runs or re-orders due to process tolerances; this is industry-standard and not a defect.

6) Timelines & delivery

• Estimated delivery dates are estimates. Production/dispatch depends on approvals, payments, stock and courier performance.
• Risk in goods passes to you on handover to carrier. We’ll assist with claims for loss or transit damage where possible (see Shipping policy).

7) Cancellations, changes & returns

• Orders can be cancelled or changed only before production starts.
• Customised products are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects materially deviating from the approved proof/spec.
• Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assess and offer a repair, reprint, partial credit or refund as appropriate.

8) Intellectual property

Our templates, site, mockups and production methods are our IP. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer without our written consent.

9) Acceptable use

We may refuse content that is unlawful, hateful, infringes rights, or violates our brand standards/partner policies.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including loss of profits or business).

11) Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (weather, strikes, supply issues, transport failures, etc.).

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tumakuru, Karnataka (or the nearest competent jurisdiction) will have exclusive jurisdiction.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
