Production timelines
- Timelines vary by product and quantity. Your quote or order confirmation will mention an estimated dispatch/delivery window.
- Production starts after we receive approval of proofs/specifications and any required payment.
- Complex jobs or peak seasons may require additional time—we’ll keep you posted.
Shipping methods & charges
- We ship via trusted couriers. Large items may move through specialised logistics.
- Shipping charges depend on weight/volume, destination and speed—shown on the quote.
- Pick-up from our facility can be arranged on request where feasible.
Tracking & delivery
- We share tracking details once your order is dispatched.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. Missed or failed deliveries may cause re-delivery fees or delays.
Transit damage or shortage
- Inspect packages on delivery. If damaged, note it with the courier and inform us within 48 hours with photos and your order ID.
- After assessment, we’ll arrange a repair, reprint, partial credit or refund, as appropriate.
Returns & exchanges
- Because custom products are made to order, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects materially different from the approved proof/spec.
- Colour/finish variation within industry tolerances, or errors present in approved proofs, are not considered defects.
Address changes & hold requests
- Address changes are possible before dispatch. After dispatch, re-routing may incur courier charges and delay delivery.
- If you need us to hold the shipment post-production, storage fees may apply depending on duration/volume.
Holidays & uncontrollable events
Deliveries may be affected by public holidays, weather or carrier disruptions (force majeure). We’ll do our best to minimise impact.
